Talented cabbie with aspirations as a singer spends afterhours practicing with an amateur opera company, ignoring his sweetheart, the femme cab dispatcher.

This short film shows the musical career of Nat "King" Cole, shows the ups and downs of his career, his conquest of illness, how he switched from being the leader of a trio to a solo vocalist, and his growing popularity with the record-buying public. Contestants listen to songs and then try to guess the next line of the song from three choices shown to them.

A group of tourists is given a tour of a movie studio lot. They see the various permanent sets that are used for different types of movies, and they appear to watch the filming of several productions in progress. Musical numbers from several previous Warner Bros. Technicolor shorts are edited into this short to create the illusion.

Three stories. The first one is called "Naughty". It tells about a little goat that ran away from his mother. He was very curious and interested in everything around, but when he realized that was lost, he began to worry much about it. In "Braggart" we will focus on the bird that loved to embellish reality. The history "Monster" is about a terrible creation, spewing flames and defeated by beautiful horses.
